Nobody cares about what you do - only what you can do for them
Nobody cares how many vans, offices, services, accreditations etc you have, they only care what you can do for them. Can you solve their problem, satisfy their need or desire, can you do this when they want and a price they feel is good value.

No-one's primary buying decision is price - fact - people only ever buy on feeling
Do they feel it is good value for money, does it make them feel better, more secure or satisfied, does it make them feel happy, empowered, special - however your product or service makes your client feel is the only reason they buy from you.

You can sell anything with a maximum of 7 touch points - fact
Touch points are just marketing activations. They could be adverts, social media posts, e-shots, word of mouth, events, leaflets, your website, podcasts, etc, etc. It doesn't matter how you get your clients to see what you offer but if they have seen it a maximum of 7 times they will buy.
