Frequently asked questions:
I completely rely on Airbnb for my bookings - Is this safe to do?
Yes this is absolutely 100% safe to do. The channel manager we use is a fully certified Airbnb partner and one of the leading channel mangerment providers in the country.
Will this effect any of my existing bookings?
No this will have no effect on your exisiting books and these will be seamlessly synced across to the new channnel manager.
Will I have to put my prices up?
No you will not have to put your prices up, however, if you only list on Airbnb at the moment you may have to change your pricing structure to "single pricing". This has absolutlely no detremntal effects and we will sort all this out for you and fully explain it to you.
Do I have to pay commisssion on sales through my direct bookings website?
Absolutely not. This is one of the main advantages of our service and you can also have your direct payouts to any banl account os your choice. It does not have to be the same bank account where you receive your Airbnb revenue.
Do I have to pay any ongoing costs?
Whilst our fee is a single one off payment you do need to subscribe to the channel manager. This is a monthly payment betwen £24 and £36 + vat but we have calculated that on average a client who takes one of our Pro Packages makes in excess of £100 per month extra in year one alone.
How long does the whole process take?
Our standard package is delivered in as little as a wee and our ultimate package in as little as two weeks but we like to go at your pace to ensure you are happy with everything and we are not overloading you with information.
Will my business be effected during the process?
100% not. We ensure throughout the process you can operate your business as normal with only benefits being added throughout the process.
Can I change my mind once I have started the process?
Absolutely - 100%. If ay any point you are not 100% happy or simply just want to change your mind we will fully reverse anything we have done. You would just be liable for the 50% deposit, which unfortunately we would not be able to return.
