Websites

Our Overall Aim / Ethos:

To create websites that are actually suited to the business and not only showcase the business to their target audience in a way they can relate to, but also help achieve one or more of the following:

Generate new sales, leads, bookings or enquiries

This can be through adding e-commerce, improving SEO on the build, adding a booking facility, improving content, etc

Provide solutions to current manual tasks

This can be achieved by adding scheduling, bookings, email automation, and access to downloadable documents - good examples would be adding bookings and payments to a personal services business or appointments to a finance business

Support and enhance existing sales processes

This can be achieved by adding a recent project section, showcasing products and services, providing additional information, etc. Good examples would be a gallery and recent projects for home services business or detailed process and product information for a tech company.

Provide additional sales, booking and/or communication channels

Launch online services and/or e-commerce

Our Target Audience:

Any business where we genuinely feel we can address a need, solve a problem, help achieve a goal and/or target and add overall value to the business. Growing businesses and those undergoing transition, restructuring, or adding new products and services are ideal, as are businesses whose websites are more than 5 years old, as we know we can definitely add value to these businesses.

Our Process:

  1. Understand the business and its needs and goals

  2. Review the business's current web situation

  3. Present possible solutions/recommendations for discussion

  4. Implement agreed solutions

  5. Provide relevant ongoing support

Any website project can be part of a larger plan, but should always be treated as a standalone project to ensure it adds the maximum amount of value to the business.

How we achieve the above:

  1. Complete initial fact find with client, (decision maker)
  2. Discuss internally to see if we can help and what could be the best solutions, with costs and timescales
  3. Propose a possible solution if applicable, with costs, process and timescales to the client
  4. Agree a solution, and get sign off and deposit, (if applicable), from the client
  5. Request and gather all information and resources required to complete project
  6. Plan and oversee all work and delivery as agreed - ensure challenges, additions, etc. are fully discussed internally and communicated to the client
  7. Fully review and showcase internally prior to final delivery/launch to client
  8. Arrange final payment, implement support plan if applicable, ask for feedback and discuss future work/review date

Possible Web Solutions

  2. Creating images and content for the existing site
  3. Creating a new page or section to link to from the existing site
  4. Creating a new brochure site
  5. Creating a new appointments/bookings site
  6. Create a new e-commerce site
  7. Creating a new multifunction site

Things to Remember

  1. Don't suggest solutions or prices without exploring all options (discussing)
  2. Always ensure we can add value
  3. Always ensure we can meet client expectations in terms of results and timescales
  4. Don't underestimate complexity
  5. Don't forget about graphics, images and content
  6. Don't overcomplicate - if someone wants a new website, providing we can add value, provide what they ask for and don't, at this stage anyway, try and reinvent the wheel
